The GPW Recruitment St Helens 10k 2023 takes place on Sunday 5th March. Starting at the Totally Wicked Stadium, home of St Helens RFC, at 09:30am
Entries and payment of entry fees must be made online via the website. We do not accept entries via post, in person or on the day of the event. Yes, we can offer a discount on entry fees for groups of 10 or more runners. If you would like to enter a team please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a group entry form to complete and details of how to pay. Please note – discounts offered are based on the full entry fee and are not applicable to any early bird entry offers.
Absolutely not, you can walk, run or jog whichever pace suits you the best, there is a place for you.
Yes, all runners must be at least 16 years of age. (At the time of the race).
Of course you can - but if you'd like to run for the Steve Prescott Foundation and raise £250 or over we'll refund the full cost of your entry!
Yes! We hold a UKA License and a UKA Course Measure Certificate confirming the accuracy of the course.
As well as entry to the GPW Recruitment St Helens 10k, all participants will receive a t-shirt.
Unfortunately due to the substantial costs involved in staging the 10k we cannot defer entries or offer a refund. You can transfer your entry to another runner if you contact us before 3rd February 2023 (please see below).
We are able to transfer entries to another runner provided you contact us before 3rd February 2023. Please contact email@example.com with the name, full address (including postcode), date of birth, email address and mobile number for both the original entrant and the new runner. We cannot accept transfers after this date. All runners must use the number allocated to them and anyone not doing so will be disqualified from the event.
Race packs, including race number/timing chip will be sent out by Royal Mail approximately 2 weeks before the event. If you have not received your pack by Monday 27th February 2023 please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange for a replacement to be available for collection on race day.
Yes! You will find a water station located outside GPW Recruitment at the top of North Road. Runners pass this point of the course twice, at approximately 4k and 7k.
A: The results should be live via our website and the TDL Event Services shortly after the event finishes.
Can’t wait that long? Download the TDL App from either the App Store or the Play Store for free, connect up your social media accounts and it’ll post on your behalf as you pass our allocated checkpoints, including the finishing time in real-time as you cross the finishing line.
Some runners require headphones to get themselves “in the zone”, if that’s you, it’s absolutely fine as the St Helens 10K Run takes place on full road closures. Although we have many offerings of live music on route to keep you entertained, as well as a tremendous amount of support from spectators and fellow runners. It’s one of the things our previous North Road Survivor’s like the most about our race.
Unfortunately pushchairs, buggies and other similar wheeled items are not allowed on the course during the event.
Due to our intensive risk assessments, unfortunately we cannot guarantee entries for wheelchair users. However if you are a wheelchair user please email email@example.com with your enquiry.
Yes absolutely! However for the safety of other runners we do not allow any large items to be carried or pushed on the course while you are running.
Of course, the more the merrier! Spectators are welcome out and about on the course and at the stadium where they can watch you cross the finish line from the South Stand.
