Some runners require headphones to get themselves “in the zone”, if that’s you, it’s absolutely fine as the St Helens 10K Run takes place on full road closures. Although we have a tremendous amount of support from spectators and fellow runners. It’s one of the things our previous North Road Survivor’s like the most about our race.
Unfortunately pushchairs, buggies and other similar wheeled items are not allowed on the course during the event.
Due to our intensive risk assessments, unfortunately we cannot guarantee entries for wheelchair users. However if you are a wheelchair user please email info@sthelens.com with your enquiry.
