Information Collection and Use 

The Charity collects information from our users at several different points on our website. The Charity is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.

Registration

We request information from you on our online registration form. Which is managed and maintained by TDL Events Limited. The Charity and TDL Events will only use this information in order for you to participate within the GPW Recruitment St Helens 10k. Both parties do not share or sell any of your information to any other third parties.

Cookies

We do not share personal information. Personal information can be accessed by the GPW Recruitment St Helens 10k committee and TDL Events for you to participate within the race.

The Company may transfer the information you provide to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and restrictions on its use as set out in this policy. The Charity takes every precaution to protect our users’ information, we utilise the latest in secure server technology to ensure that all personal information is protected to the highest standards.

Only committee members who need the information to perform a specific request either from TDL Events or from a data subject are granted access to your information.

The Charity uses all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason the Charity cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
